Terms of Service
Updated November 1, 2026 · Draft for legal review
Clipt is the service name. Its operator is not yet registered as a business. The operator’s legal identity, location and direct contact details still need to be supplied before these policies can be finalized. These drafts are not a compliance certification.
1. Scope and agreement
Clipt connects businesses and creators for content campaigns. These draft terms describe the proposed conditions of participation; posting this draft does not establish that you have accepted a contract. Any binding campaign agreement must be presented and accepted separately. Read the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy alongside the campaign brief and any written agreement.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Participation is for people aged 13 and older. Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and do not use another person’s account. Age screening is self-declaration, not verified identity or parental consent. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian may need to authorize contracts, content use and payments under applicable law. Do not enter a campaign contract or accept payments unless you and your payment account are legally eligible.
3. Campaigns and submissions
Businesses are responsible for accurate briefs, lawful products and claims, permissions for uploaded assets and clearly agreed deliverables. Campaigns require administrator approval before marketplace publication; submitting an application or making a payment does not guarantee approval. Creators must follow the brief, video limits and review requirements. Acceptance, revision requests and posting requirements depend on the campaign’s agreed terms.
No following required does not mean guaranteed acceptance, work, earnings, views or business results. Marketplace availability can change as video spots are used.
4. Payments and earnings
Campaign payment is arranged after application follow-up. Review the agreed budget, video count, fees and deliverables before paying. Campaign budgets under $200 include a separate $22 small-budget fee; budgets of $200 or more do not. Creator pay is calculated from the campaign budget with a flat 20% platform deduction, not from the additional small-budget fee.
Posted earnings are not proof of a completed payout. Eligible creators request payment, and administrators fulfill payouts manually using the selected method. Payment providers impose their own account, age and transaction requirements. No automatic payout date is guaranteed by these draft terms. Users are responsible for tax obligations that apply to them.
5. Content rights and disclosures
Upload only content you own or have permission to use, including music, images, footage and each person’s likeness. Submitting a video does not by itself transfer copyright or create an unlimited license. Ownership, permitted brand use, paid-ad use, duration, editing, likeness permissions and any additional compensation must be agreed in writing for the campaign. Campaign owners can view and download submitted originals; that technical access does not replace permission to use them.
Creators and businesses must follow applicable advertising and endorsement disclosure rules and platform policies. Do not make false product or earnings claims.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or exploitative material; impersonate others; manipulate applications or earnings; or attempt unauthorized access. Do not upload personal information about children under 13. Access or content may need to be restricted for safety, suspected violations or legal requirements, without overriding payment or consumer rights required by law.
7. Cancellations, disputes and legal rights
The Refund Policy explains the proposed final-sale rule and exceptions. Use “Report an issue” to raise a campaign, billing or content dispute. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights, legally required remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No mandatory arbitration, governing jurisdiction or blanket liability waiver is specified while the operator’s location is unconfirmed.
8. Changes and contact
Material terms must be communicated before they apply to a new agreement; a later policy update does not silently rewrite an existing campaign agreement. Use “Report an issue” for current support. A direct legal contact and the operator’s identity must be added before finalization.
