Refund Policy

Updated November 1, 2026 · Draft for legal review

Clipt is the service name. Its operator is not yet registered as a business. The operator’s legal identity, location and direct contact details still need to be supplied before these policies can be finalized. These drafts are not a compliance certification.

All transactions are final — subject to applicable law

All transactions are final, except where a refund, cancellation right or other remedy is required by applicable law, or where a separate written agreement provides otherwise. This proposed rule must be disclosed before payment and does not remove statutory consumer protections.

When this rule does not override your rights

A final-sale label does not automatically defeat claims about unauthorized or duplicate charges, services not supplied, material misrepresentation, or legally protected cancellation rights. Such cases must be reviewed under the applicable law and the agreed campaign terms. Nothing in this policy prevents a lawful dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Campaign approval and delivery

Payment does not guarantee campaign approval. If a paid campaign is rejected, cannot proceed or does not receive the agreed service, contact us for review rather than assuming payment can be retained under the final-sale rule. Review the written scope, deliverables, fees and any cancellation terms before paying.

Disappointing reach, views, sales or subjective preferences do not by themselves establish a refund entitlement when the agreed service was delivered, but any rights provided by law or your written agreement still apply.

How to raise a billing concern

Use “Report an issue” and include the campaign name, payment date, amount, transaction reference and reason for the request. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or bank credentials. Requests require review; this draft does not set a deadline that restricts statutory rights or promise a processing timeline.

Creator earnings

This policy does not cancel earned creator payments or authorize unlawful withholding. Any correction, dispute or campaign cancellation affecting creator earnings must be handled according to the agreed terms and applicable law.
